Katie, you are remarkable and a warrior for your family, the long cold winter can take its toll. Praying for a good outcome for your husband in his medical retirement. You have a “voice”. Could your congressman help your husbands medical retirement go quicker? Thank you and your whole family for serving our country🇺🇸.

Fried rice trick with leftover rice. Put the cold leftover rice in a colander. Pour boiling water over it. Shake off excess water. Fluff. Let it stand for a 5-10 min.. Ready to go.

I watch your channel even though I can never afford to eat the foods that y'all do (for reasons I will not go into) but I enjoy your channel nonetheless, however I have done lots of study on air fryers before I started using one. I was very hesitant and I never found anything on toxins. I would like to know what makes using say your bread maker, for instance any different than the air fryer? Are you able to share articles about the air fryer I would like to read up on them. As I said I was very hesitant and did my do diligence and I would like to read on a new study, to see if my continued use of it is something I want.

I so enjoy your videos about your life. I have always had seasonal depression. For instance this year we are not getting above zero until April. (Canada) I find it is better now that I take so much Vit D and eat Ketovore. I remember going out and finding a patch of green and sunshine and sitting there. I was so hungry for the sun. And we won't even get into the food challenges! Blessings of hope, provision and protection to your family!
