Thank you so much for watching. I hope you like this type of easy recipe. I think the ground pork topping (臊子) is so delicious and worth making extra. You can use it to top anything you like, such as white rice, wonton soup, congee. My favorite way is to slice open a white steamed bun and stuff the ground pork in between to make a little sandwich – so delicious. Do you have any other creative way to use the Saozi?

Could you make 雪菜面? I used to eat this all the time when I was in China. And I just can't find a good recipe of it. It had 雪菜, beans, meat slivers, noodles and something else. I had it when I visited the University canteen almost every day for some time and fell deeply in love with that dish and the atmosphere. I miss my good friends in China. 非常感谢 for this nice treasure of a video 💜

I do love your wok!!! It is my most favorite Cookware and I always have it on my stove!!! I do like the quick one pot dishes. I was wondering are there any chinese dishes that are not hot as in Spicey. My mom love chinese food and she can't handle the heat of the spices. But she loves the flavors.

Quick, easy, healthy and delicious, it makes them a good thing to try and it makes it more realistic to attempt these recipes more often, particularly while we are in lockdown. I am also looking forward to your cookbook book too, I hope that it still on your to do list?
