Great video – this is exactly what I do! I leave mine chunky, like your mom does, just using the immersion blender. No waste and no added sugar. The peeler/corer device never worked well for me with our smaller, misshapen and often wormy apples, so that's how I developed this method – only put in the crockpot the parts I want to eat. 😋🤗 Best to you! ❤
