I'd love to know how you store all your containers when not in use. Especially jars. That's a hard one for me! I feel like they take up so much room! BU I'm trying to be more environmentally conscious too and not throw so much away. But it's HARD with teenagers.

I make a gluten free oatmeal cinnamon blender waffle from Pinterest that’s amazing and has that oat, cinnamon maple molasses profile taste. They always turn out amazing. They go so fast every time I load my freezer with those. I’ll send you the recipe on Instagram

Hi, I'm new to your channel and I wanted to say that I'm obsessed with your video. I'm already starting to do a few things I've seen in your videos. Thank you so much, they really inspired me.
Do you have a video of meal prep shopping list or come with me shop for my monthly meal prep? Would really want to see it💖

Love your videos! Always very inspiring please keep them coming! I would also like to ask how you do the smoothies in the jar I know you said you would probably add something like yogurt or another protein but I personally would find it very interesting to see how you go about making them after they have already been frozen in the jar. I do breakfast smoothies for myself and my family and I would really like to find a way to make them without having to use disposable bags all the time. Thanks again for the inspiration!

Adeline, thanks for the video, I love what you do. I love that you aiming for sustainability and I commend that, I really do, BUT, please can you be a little more sustainable and use all of your veggies, you wasted sooooo much of the pepper it was so sad to see. There is absolutely nothing whatsoever wrong with the top part. The only things you need to remove are the stem and the seed ball….just saying. Don't waste what you can use …love ya

I love chia seeds but man it can give people and me massive gas pain. I never knew why. I eat chia every morning with bananas oat milk and granola. When i have it in other foods it still will create gas pains. Does that happen to anyone else?

When I make the gluten free waffles I separate the eggs and beat the whites until hard peaks form then fold it into the rest of the ingredients this makes them fluffier. Also there is a recipe that I found where you use pre-cooked chia seeds (like leftovers) and add to your waffles for lots of protein too!

I so much enjoy watching you! And I'm glad to have found you on your other sites too. I've even purchased a couple of your favorites to find out there's no room or place in my small kitchen/pantry for them. Lol! It's ok, they make great gifts. {Smile} I look forward to those couple of times a week you're in the kitchen. The preparation of the meals and the look of each inspires you to cook. Even the music is soft and comforting. Thanks so much for sharing!
