I have followed you and watched your videos for a couple years now and tonight was the first time that I made anything. Your I structure and recipe for Carne en su Jugo was so thorough and easy to follow! I was intimidated to make salsas, but I made beans and salsa for the first time….and the dish is so incredibly delicious, I giggled as I watched my husband take his first bite. This will definitely become a family staple and I can’t wait to try the next recipe!!

Stephanie did you post a recipe for what I call “ Mexican Meatball Soup”. It’s where you mix hamburger and uncooked rice to make the meatballs. Then you drop the meatballs in a tomato base broth. I don’t know what it’s called but I would love to see your version of it. If you haven’t already posted a recipe like this, would you please? Many thanks.
