The meatloaf was a HUGE hit with my friends. Next year I'll have to make a tiered and frosted meatloaf cake. Or maybe instead I'll make actual sweet cupcakes that look like my meatloaf cupcakes did this year 🤣

Any suggestions for keeping them warm if making for a party?
They look cute but not sure I could eat them. Love my meatloaf and mashed potatoes for their savoriness so the “sweet” thought that comes to mind when I see a cupcake doesn’t jive with the savory. But you’re amazing and fun and so creative!

Merry Christmas to you all🎅❤🎄🎁🎉 I make a yummy turkey meatloaf and because I'm gluten free…use instant potatoes instead of bread crumbs…hmmm should try using gluten free stuffing next time😊. And make a simple BBQ sauce that I mix right into the meatloaf. …topping with extra BBQ sauce or catsup. Love those cupcakes they look really yummy! ❤

Looks delicious! Last week I wanted meatloaf, but didn't have any eggs. Decided to make it anyway. Came out great! No difference in taste. Held it's shape great. I dont have a meatloaf pan and I make a 2 lb meatloaf. I just shape by hand into a loaf shape and cook in a Pyrex 9 x 13 glass dish. Always come out great, and now I know you can do it without eggs and can't even tell the difference.
Just to be a tiny bit more 'clear' here. Jerry S. really had NOTHING to do with this wonderful; fictional holiday, but rater it was Jerry's friend, George, whose dad came up with it. Fun stuff.

When you have dishers, such as a 1/2 cup ice cream scoop – a standard size disher, that will make this go so much faster and even.
