Your meatballs recipe is very close to my meatloaf recipe. I use tomato juice for additional moisture and nut crumbs for the binder instead of almond flour.
I made these and a marinara sauce and they were awesome!! Over spaghetti squash, and tons of leftovers too!
Well I finally made the meatballs as an Italian I approved 💯 moist delicious. The smells reminds me of my childhood. I use bison and a local ground pork. Amazing ❤

Yes! I always find that jarred sauce just needs a little bit of love. While it's not exactly Italian, I do sauté bell peppers along with the onion and garlic and add fresh spinach to the sauce at the end.

In Sicily we pan fried them then add to marinara sauce and serve with out spaghetti .
