I've been enjoying Redmond smoked salts as finishing salt. They lose flavor in cooking to me but you can cook with. They've been out for several months so I'm going to put some regular salt in a shallow pan and smoke next time i have meat on the smoker. You might want to try it for something different. Great on eggs and avocado!

Best thing I started doing was cooking/browning a huge family pack of ground beef (with salt and pepper) while unpacking groceries and then vacuum sealing it in portions for ready to make casseroles, “pasta” meals, chili, taco, cottage pie etc.
I love you girlfriend but what are y'all going to do when there's no cows no chickens no protein are you all going to eat crickets and cockroaches have a real interesting question there being that our communist government is now forcing this on us right what are we going to do how are you going to do Keto
Love the Costco riced cauliflower, I’m with you on buying it rather than making it, yes carbs are a little higher as you don’t control ingredients BUT doesn’t ricing your own cauli make sooooooo much mess!
Oh man you are not kidding about the fresh lettuce..salad in a bag ..etc…i bet i have thrown at least one bag a week away for some days i just dont feel like having it and then darn it , it is gone…so sad..

Did you know it’s not a good idea to exercise to hard because it raises our stress hormone cortisol and that makes it harder to lose weight. Learned that from Dr Berg channel on YT❤️
Just eat all 3 macros each meal. Fats, proteins, and some carbs. That way you feel satisfied and you will never binge. Like steak and fruit or rice, eggs and fruit. Hell you can even eat animal based diet for 2 meals breakfast and lunch and eat one junk food carb meal for lunch of cake or ice cream and still lose weight. I did it myself it worked.

Chef says if you do your meat in smaller batches it will not release all it’s moisture and not be tough.
