Another fantastic video, Amy! I’d enjoy seeing the broccoli cheddar soup recipe. I don’t have an Instant Pot. I’m honestly afraid of pressure cookers. My mom used one when I was a kid that literally exploded in our kitchen. Unfounded fear, I know.
