I find the pork rinds don’t absorb like bread crumbs but stays a bit chewy. What are your thoughts? Did you ever leave out? Of course that might change other ingredients.

G.Hughes bbq sauce is delicious and they have 2 sugar free choices. Available just about everywhere. And just an FYI they also have a "ketchup" that's sugar free low carb and delicious.
