Those waffles look so yummy! I may have to make some!
I was thinking of making Keto lasagna today.. but put them in 3 small loaf pans I got from DT so I can freeze 2 of them and have one for today
I have a bunch of cleaning to do so I best get on it while I have a day off from work!
    Have a beautiful week!

I haven’t done much meal prep in a while. I have some leftover egg roll in a bowl to finish, a cheesy chicken and broccoli casserole with cauliflower rice, and half of a fathead dough recipe to use up. Oh and a piece of chicken marinating in lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil. That should get me through the week for dinner and a couple lunches on days I don’t fast. I’ve got eggs cooking in my instant pot now since I eat them just about daily, sometimes more than once a day.

Sometimes I use the waffles to make dessert I'll take two of them and put ice cream between them and make a waffle ice cream sandwich.
Waffles are not only good for breakfast but I love me some dessert at night

Yes Girl I love these videos 😍. I tried keto a couple months ago but failed, I work 50 hours a week and Have four kids. I think I failed because I didn't meal prep. Any advice? I am going over to find u on Facebook and Instagram now. Much love from Virginia

This week I’m prepping egg roll in a bowl with pork, taco meat. I still have keto pancakes (flappa jacks recipe) and boiled eggs from last week. Our grandson will be with us through the day while his Mom works and kindergarten is out through the end of the month. Sooooo, I did buy some foods he will enjoy. I’m not even tempted! It’s cool to be at that point in my journey. Enjoy your week Kristi!

I plan to do a corned beef brisket in my crockpot. I think I might sear it first like you did your roast. I just bought some K&F Beef Bone Broth and I will add that along with sauerkraut and a little onion 🍽

Hi. Kind of random but I started drinking the Power Ade Zero Sugar drink and I like it but ugh, it makes me bloated. Do you ever have that problem. I know it says Zero Sugar but maybe it would be interesting to do a blood glucose test on it.
