    I can't use almond flour as my son is allergic to some nuts. I have successfully subbed cassava flour in some recipes. I would like more recipes using cassava flour. I subbed it for the almond flour in Neisha's cornbread recipe and it worked really well. No one knew it was in there or that it was gluten free and corn free. Delicious.

    Many of your Keto Chow bake goods recipes using almond flour I substitute the flour with whey protein powder or collagen powder or double the Keto Chow. I add more butter for moisture. My go to is the lemon poppyseed muffin recipe which is my husband’s favorite.

    Good ideas! Although, be aware that almonds are very high in oxalates. Coconut flour and pork rinds are definitely the healthier option for a flour substitute.
