    I like to change it up and not have the same thing day in and day out. I love the bullet proof coffee so I will have that a couple times a week with half an avocado. Then other days it is plain yogurt, stevia, and berries. Thank you for the videos, it gives other options as well.

    My go-to "breakfast" items that I store at my office are hard boiled eggs with salt and pepper and some bacon. I heat these items up for 30 seconds in the microwave because I prefer warm breakfast. I use a fork to faux scramble and roll it in my seasonings…tada I'm set! Hard boiled eggs store longer and keep their textural consistency longer than scrambled eggs.

    I'm almost two months in and I'm close to 20lbs lost (by March 6th I'll be past that)! I've witnessed 6 rebels succeed with Code Red in the past year alone and I am on my way to being number 7! I'm so thankful for this lifestyle. It feels so natural for me! Thanks for all you're doing Cristy!

    My favorite go-to is bacon and eggs (sometimes avocado added) with my coffee and a splash of heavy cream with cinnamon. I also love code red crepes and noatmeal. I'm a teacher and I will eat my first meal around 9:45 when my students go to PE. I boil a bunch of eggs ahead of time on the weekend in my instapot and then precook a bunch of bacon. That is easy for me to pack for school. Weekends I love my crepes. Started June 2019 and down 74 pounds. About another 25 to go and I will reach my goal. I am almost 40 and feel 25 again. Code Red has changed my life and I've inspired around 10 friends to join me in the revolution including my 63 year old mom who is a weight loss surgery survivor and is down over 80 pounds after suffering for most her life. We are all so thankful for you Cristy! Code Red for life!

    I all way love to eat sausage for my first thing i do like bacon i resoly stared eating egg a gen i really don't like egg but now i will eat them to avoid eating sugary food

    Even though by now I know all your main points, I still like to get your short powerful videos for that daily reinforcement. I know in me, knowing those points and doing them are two different things. It can be a struggle. I do appreciate your enthusiasm and inspiration, dear boxer.
