New to this whole instant pot thing. Just checking things out. Question number one do you put the entire plastic bag with the ingredients into the instant pot and then add a cup of water under it to bring to pressure? Or do you take the ingredients out of the freezer bag before you put them all in the instant pot? Also it would be helpful to know how much pressure time on each of these meals.
