Great easy delicious recipe. I added bell peppers to the last step (beans and corn). To make it a little easier, next time I will buy tortilla chips from the local Hispanic market. Recipe is a keeper 🤗

Beginner here with an instant pot : after the 15mins do you let it steam out on it’s own for like 10 mins before chopping and doing the additional 5mins?!?!??

Made this about a week ago and it was delicious! I took some to my coworkers and they loved it! If anyone is thinking of using store bought tortilla chips…DONT! They stay crunchy longer in the soup when you fry them yourself ☺️

I make it exactly like this, except I use Coriander powder instead of Oregano. I feel like oregano gives me the taste of Posole, lol Try it next time with 1/4 teaspoon of coriander and it will taste different but really delicious too.
