Ok. In the written instructions, please add: Cover Bundt Pan with foil before placing it into Instant Pot. I didn’t and I think it mattered. I had to cook it longer. If someone isn’t watching the video or is printing out the recipe, it doesn’t state to cover the pan with foil (only the video shows that). I thought it was good, hubby didn’t like it at all.

if you blend the two eggs into the bowl first with a fork all the other ingredients blend nicely in order with the video. I also used a metal instapot bundyt pan that worked like a charm after I sprayed the crap out it with pam olive oil spray. The cake just dropped right out on a baking warming rack.

In the beginning you said olive oil… I think you were using canola or vegetable oil? Also trivet that comes with instant pot does have handles… maybe yours is different? Does look really good!

OOPS: I made a big mistake in making this wonderful pumpkin snickerdoodle bread.. I baked it in the oven it still turned out wonderful! I think you need to say in the sugar and cinnamon mixture that you melt the butter first then sprinkle the dry sugar mixture on. I melted the butter and added the sugar mixture to it then used my pastry brush to the snickerdoodle bread. it still turned out!
