Hello everyone. It's HERE!! The IP Version of my 10 vegetable soup. It's oil free and its every bit as savory and delicious as the original stove top version. Leave a note in the comments below if you have made this soup or if you plan on making this soup or even if you don't do soup at all in the summer. I do soup all year long. – Joey

I made your soup yesterday in my small 3 quart Instant Pot. But I halved your recipe, and using 3 cups of broth. We two 80+year olds soup for dinner last night and again tonight. Gonzalo said to me, “Joanie, this is the best soup you have ever made”. Thanks Joey.

Soups all year round for me especially as the only cook in the house! They are hearty filling and with the instant pot a breeze to make!

Joey, amazing recipe, I’m going to make it soon. I wanted to make a suggestion and that is use hulled barley instead of pearl barley. Hulled barley is a whole grain whereas with pearled barley some part of the grain has been removed. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe with us!

I dog sit in other peoples houses and I bring all my food with. Soups and stews are the easiest to transport and reheat. So, yes, soup all year for me!! Can't wait to try this one. Good luck on all your travels!

I cannot wait to make this soup Joey. It looks like the best of any I have ever seen. With homemade bread, what could be better? Thank you so much for the recipe. I will treasure this recipe. My husband LOVES to chop veggies. Thank goodness he does, as I hate to do it. I feel like you do. I do it, but I hate to do it. In fact years ago I quit the vegetarian lifestyle, even though I was feeling great on it (it was like 30 years ago) because of the chopping. I never liked salads because of the chopping either. My husband does, so we are a match made in heaven! Thank you again for this recipe. This will be my go-to recipe for my family when my grandchildren come. Hope your surgery goes extremely well, and you recover quickly.

This is not only a good soup recipe, but done in an IP without having to freeze leftovers. I’m not really a soup person, never was. But my husband comes from a family that says “its not a meal unless there is a good bowl of soup with it.”

Yes, I try to make some kind of soup or chili to have on hand in the fridge to heat and eat during the week when I don’t know what to make for a quick meal or side dish.

I'll defiantly try that soup, but I think I'll make your verson which makes a larger quantity. My husband & sons eat like beasts. We eat soup all year long. They're simple to make, easy to freeze & reheat.
