Get a really large paper clip from an office supply store, the black one with the side wings that you can fold up and down. That clip will hold your liner in place when you are stirring and will prevent it from stirring! Cheap fix!

Baked potato soup is a family favorite. It usually takes me a couple hours to make, baking the potatoes and all. This looks so simple. I can't wait to try it. Thanks.
So glad you didn't use any flour. No need for flour in potato soup 😋 One other tip that is part of our recipe is a can of evaporated milk (full fat kind). We never used regular milk or HWC but the cream is an excellent idea for the next time I make it! I'm a new subscriber to your channel because of SSS.
