Nice, quick, easy, budget friendly, adaptable for one or a crowd. That's a great recipe/meal.
I am adding this to my recipes to make! I learned yesterday that the Asian pear is not so much for sweetness as it has something in it that helps tenderize the meat fibers. Wouldn’t be needed with hamburger meat. ( I will try your recipe! Love the pot in pot cooking!)
