So I made this recipe tonight and after reading some of the reviews, I decided to increase my pressure cooking time to 10 minutes. I then let it naturally release for about 5 minutes while I chopped toppings (tomatoes, onions, black olives, etc) and it was only WARM in the center. I placed under the broiler for about 3 minutes. It was easy to throw together and the flavor was good (which is completely upon what sauces and seasoning you use). I will try again with a longer cook time but if I have to increase the time too much more, I’ll just make it in the oven. Good recipe though either way you make it.

This is what you consider cooking? All you did was assemble a bunch of pre-fab, processed “food” which is probably loaded with chemicals. You might as well have cooked a frozen TV dinner or Stouffer’s lasagna. I mean, I kinda get it, I’m lazy sometimes too but I would not feed this processed stuff to people that I care about. Its a sad state of affairs with the majority of our generation in the kitchen.

Made recipe tonight and was very yummy. I will say that 3 minutes was by far not long enough to cook/warm it through. I ended up cooking it for about 20 minutes, plus the time to come to pressure. Just wanted to share.

That looks fabulous. I have a family of 8 and was wondering if 2 of those pans could stack on each other and fit in the 8 quart pot? I might need 3…most of my kiddos are teenage boys.

Too cool! I got us (wifey and I) a set of those stackable pots, AND a cookbook! Yeah, we like our Magic Chef electric pressure cooker (same as the Instant Pot, almost). Thank you! Enchilada Lasagna is a PERFECT fusion! Excellent!

Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas. Thank you for all the sharing you do. You have been my main go to person when I got my new pot. I will have to make this recipe. I need nice and easy. Can't stand in the kitchen like I use to due to health reasons, so very thankfully for my Instant Pot and easy cooking.
