Butcher box is fake. Fails to be grass finished.
Finally, someone who doesn't use fucking potatoes.
Why would you discard the bones? You can reuse them, can't you?
FALSE ADVERTISING. THEY DON’T GIVE YOU THE BACON AND THEN SAY THEY CAN’T CHANGE IT. It’s a HOLIDAY and they try to say that it has shipped already….so far that is the 3rd different version/excuse I have received from them today. They said they will honor it in my NEXT shipment, so basically I HAVE to place another order with them just to get what I was SUPPOSE To get in this shipment. ANOTHER $129+ ORDER JUST TO GET BACON. That is absurd! Glad I am documenting everything since it looks like i will have to file a credit card dispute. I am even on the phone with them now and they say even though the promo was not added to my account, they can only add it to MY NEXT SHIPMENT!! BUT YET THEY STILL REFUSE TO REFUND AN ORDER PLACED LESS THAN 12 HOURS AGO AND TODAY IS A HOLIDAY, SO THERE IS NO WAY IT HAS SHIPPED YET!
READ OTHER REVIEWS ONLINE. THEY ARE NOTORIOUS FOR THIS!
Looks good. You don't recommend roasting the wings for more flavour before putting them in the pot? Also, it sounds weird, but I use chicken feet for making soup along with other bones. The feet add a lot of gelatin to it
Nice. Pls show us more of ur recipes w the instant pot. Thx
You could kick it up with the wing tips for more collagen, leave the vegetables out or put in a mirepoix and pressure cook for an hour, then shred the wings back into the bone broth, add the veggies, and use the soup setting. You'd get a thicker, richer broth with more health benefits.
I really like your show. I've cooked all of your chicken and beef recipes. You are an excellent chef. Thanks for your hard work.
Put a damp towel over the vent.
Add a little more spice to the pot before you cook.
I recommend Old Bay.
