I just found this recipe this morning and just used it for a couple of chicken I had in the refrigerator and was trying to figure out what to do with them. It was great and I’ll be doing this again.
I did it with chicken breast that’s all I had and it’s very tasty I like spicy so I added graded ginger and sesame on top delicious

I made some homemade bbq sauce for baked wings about a month ago. It was so good!
Ketchup, squirt of worchestershire sauce, Tbsp of butter, finely minced onions, mustard powder, onion powder, pinch of ginger powder, garlic powder, 1/4-1/3 cup of water, salt, pepper, pinch of dried sweet basil, paprika, 1/4 tsp of smoked paprika, dash of cholula hot sauce, dash of cayenne pepper, dash of chipotle chili powder, pinch of ground thyme, brown sugar, honey, tsp. of molasses, squirt of freshley squeezed lemon.
after adding all other ingredients and lightly simmering, a dash of sesame oil.
May I know which soy sauce are you using? Dark soy sauce, light soy sauce or Sweet soy sauce? Because you only wrote there soy sauce so I'm not sure which soy sauce are you using.
