Seems like a great recipe. I'm the same as you, Flo, I hate the "what's for dinner" question. I can't eat cilantro as it tastes like dirt to me. I've never had it taste like soap. Great video, as always!

Hubby made this recipe today followed it 95% of it. I told him it’s probably better to cook it in the instant pot instead of baking it. Instant pot infused the flavour more than baking it since it’s not marinated.

i only knew i hated corriander when my daughter said she didnt like it because it tasted like soap, something id never told her i thought the same ! my other daughter and wife love it, dodgy genetics i think, chicken tastes lovely without it though ! funny though as i love it on naan breads with garlic, maybe the garlic cancels it ?
