    Thank you for taking the time to include a print version of your recipes. Your recipes and suggestions are always so creative. Seniors are told to up their protein and while I wouldn't go for 130 grams of protein, I can definitely use your suggestions on a couple of days. Thank you for helping us make plant based even more delicious

    Great video! What really concerns me though, it's the iron intake on a vegan diet. It is the main reason I keep eating predominantly plant-based, consuming once a month or so a meat portion. I think it is way better than starting those pills.
