    Bought these ingredients yesterday and finally tried it this morning (with the Cedar hummus). This was sooo good! Reminds me of a tuna sandwich so grateful for this 🙂

    Yum. I have similar version for a vegan sammie with boiled potatoes, lentils with some curry powder and seasoning. I add some tzatziki vegan sauce , fresh lettuce, tomatoes. 😋

    I have been addicted to chick pea salad lately – I stir in about a tablespoon or 2 of Veganaise or a plain soy yogurt if I can find one; mustard, salt, pepper, a little garlic, red onion, celery, lemon juice and sometimes a little green onion too – so good!!
