So I started following you to watch you train with John, now I have just watched 2 videos of cooking. I love meatballs but have not made them in a long time. Now I have 2 new ways to make them along with the peanut butter cups. Thank you, keep em coming

Love the Beeville oven I actually just replaced mine after many years of dedicated use and added an additional Fryer to my arsenal.

Have you omitted the pan sear after and simmered them in the sauce right after the main bake from the silicon pan before? Almost feels like the protein would pick up more sauce flavor if it was not seared.

I am assuming your using the Sear as a textural component to offset all the relatively soft textures in this meal. I have to do that as well eating clean has its major drawbacks and I find texture is the main one thing I lack.
I will be making this recipe with some tweaks I think I will have to see…
    Love the Channel,

I saw this pop up when I was doing my cardio but was so hungry I didn't want to see your yummy food!! Now I have eaten, it's safe to watch. I have never seen a plastic liner for a slow cooker before.

Looks mouthwatering!! Couple of questions about it. (1) I noticed you using a measuring spoon for the garlic powder, but you didn't specify its size. How much do you put in?? Or is it simply to individual taste?? (2) For the spaghetti sauce whose brand of sauce is your favorite for the recipe?? Always love to see a new recipe that looks delicious!!
