Ah… peer pressure! Wearing the gloves. 😂. Right on. Those peppers will mess up your eyes. I was wondering if Jessie would eat this. Nope! I’ve never eaten anything like this. I think I would enjoy it on some smoked meat. Dawn and Aidan have been wanting to try canning. They haven’t so far. You did it! Felix, you gotta do another video feature your creation! This was an awesome video. I've taken up canning as well about 6 months ago myself and absolutely love it. I've done more water bath canning versus pressure canning but I love both ways of doing it. I haven't done any videos on it though. I've canned tomatoes, jalapenos, apple slices and my bbq sauce. I'm really interested on doing jams and jellies as well.

I can really appreciate this one. Habanero may be too much for me, heck my hands were burning one time after cutting up a poblano pepper! LOL Maybe I have developed an allergy? Anyhow, I love the color of this jam you made here. Outstanding end result,..even without tasting it, I can tell!
