Wow, that’s impressive! I’m one that will definitely try these. I’ve started making a recipe box with YouTube creators only, yep I’m putting this in. I am one that cans, and does as much from scratch as possible so I will use my own sauce, canned beans, rotel like tomatoes, and such. I love your channel

I bought some Spanish rice. And some refried beans. Both in packets to be reheated. Also, some canned chicken tamales would be an interesting filling. Loved your recipe!

    Great job Jaime! 😋
This is a good meal from DT. 😚
You can use any type of cheese you want to or have on hand. Whether you're making an Asian or Mexican style dish, these are our version of the dish. I usually use a colby jack cheese because that's what I like and it melts well.
And with the price of everything going up, you need to be able to use whatever is on hand or affordable.
I've eaten Tex Mex food all my life and it's always had some kind of cheddar cheese in it.
I don't usually buy much food from DT. I do use their coffee. And I've found a new Frosted Flakes there and it has cinnamon in it! 😘
Thanks for sharing another great video! 🥰

That's so awesome!!.. I've got to try those new items. I was kind of iffy about using the cheese because In the past it wouldn't melt. Glad it melted. I was getting nervous about it not melting 😅
… with Mexican dishes you can use mozzarella as well. The actual Mexican cheese is super expensive so I always go with mozzarella. Thanks Jamie!

I personally don’t like the tortillas from DT, they seem to stick together and break into pieces when you pull them apart but those sauces look awesome I hope my store gets them soon. But your enchiladas look so good

Yum yum the food looks delicious. I can't wait to try this new Mexican recipe I think you're right I would like to put cheese in the middle of my enchilada and on top. I like the new cheese Choice as well that does sound better for a Mexican dish. I'm going to use pinto beans because I like them more than black beans that was a good idea you had to switch.
