I will be adding all of these into my "to try list". Will you have the Mongolian beef recipe added soon?
Have never seen that pressure cooker before. Very interesting.

I understand the need to evolve, but I'm strict keto (and have been for almost 4 years). I've enjoyed your cooking videos – you always have good tips (like freezing meat before slicing). I've purchased both of your cookbooks and tried a number of recipes from each with excellent results. For now these videos don't meet my needs but I'll check back in from time to time in case you do go back to more keto focused content. Best of luck in your journey!

I would rather lay down on the freeway during rush hour than cook, so my favorite videos are your casseroles and crockpot meals. Love those so much! You're a fantastic cook! Also interesting would be batch cooking and freezer meals. I'm definitely going to be trying a couple of these recipes. I'm going to make the Philly Cheesesteak using vegan cheese and see how it turns out. I simply have reached a point in my life where the pain of eating dairy is greater than the pleasure, so I'm going to get serious about finding alternatives. Dairy is such a big part of low carb and keto but I'm thankful that there are at least a few alternatives out there.
