    !. if you like coconut stuff go ahead; it's not palm oil but it's not the best fat although tastes great. I am not going to belabour the detox description; this is just a great vegan heart=healthy delicious soup. I think if you're going vegan you should plan ahead; I honestly don't know why people need to spend $700 on a Vitamix, nor $500 for a Creuset dutch oven but … get the best you can; I've got a Ninja wide large capacity blender which cost me $100 without the Nitribullet thingy; a large lidded non-stick curved pan with lid for sautéing without oil, or smaller amounts; a really good chef's knife and sharpener; I am using a large capacity salad-spinner which I use as salad weekly food prep, layering arugula, mixed greens, whatever I find; I have one round pyex covered pie dish (my household is 2 people) for chickpea flour vegan pot pie; no shepherds were harmed in the making of vegan shepherd's pie etc.; Instant Pot because there Will Be Beans; it will save you headaches time and money, that is a worthwhile investment for ALL kinds of things. I spent not much money for oven-proof/fridge/freezer/microwave proof group of 5 meal-prep glass air-tight containers; I do still have supposedly harmless plastic containers but am phasing them out; use a tiny bit of bleach after cleaning out; work in progress. Honestly, Pick Up Limes has the definitive list for professional vs at home use and her list is exhaustive — not exhausting. Easy-peasy; coffee grinder for spices not coffee; I have an immersion blender, equally affordably where a chunky soup gets a bit creamier. Get condiments/spices in a row (not literally just available); get reusable mat in oven (could be silicone; cheaper and also useful versions in supermarket when roasting veg; PULs!!!!.. She has great ideas. And you don't have to go broke.

    I made it today and it was brilliant!! I can have it all year long as it was super yummy 😊❤ the only addition I did was that I added a can of boiled chickpeas with potatoes which made it even better in my opinion!! Many thanks for this recipe!👍👍
