Hi Natasha, I tried this recipe today and it came out beautiful and well baked but unfortunately it was very dry and tasteless. I bake often and first time a desert of mines did not turn out as expected. I followed the steps as is, what do you think I did wrong? Thank you.
Natasha I am fond of the way you present every recipe and I like the way you talk. I tried this recipe and I'm sorry to say that the heat that you mentioned is not enough for the cake. I had to bake for another 15 minutes as it didn't get the sweet spot at 48. And then the cake cooked but the exterior became so hard. For a person who tries this recipe at first, don't try it for an occasion. Make a trial before the actual occasion, I suggest. You are doing a great presentation. Keep it up
