Erica I could kiss you….your my must watch youtuber and these recipes look great and will definitely be tried starting tomorrow (the sausage one!) Thankyou again I feel I have a kindred spirit across the Web cheers my dears from Manchester in the UK xxxx
Here’s a good one. In crockpot dump…3-5 Frozen (or thawed) chicken breast/. Jar salsa. /8 oz cream cheese Cook for4 hours ? n shred chicken. Toss together. Use as tacos. on nachos I love it as a dip! You can make anything with it!
Yum! I made the beef stew and chicken with gravy within the last week and they were fantastic! I'm looking forward to trying the other two soon. Thank you!
FYI: you don’t have to soak beans when you are cooking them on low in the slow cooker. Just throw them in, add water and turn on. Just be sure to add salt at the end. I found out the hard way that salt can make the beans fail to soften.
I am for sure going to use this video as a reference in my kitchen! I am just now getting brave enough to try and cook with a crockpot…..I don't cook at all!
Finally someone who peels onions the way I do. Everybody seems to want to remove the skin before cutting the onion. But by cutting it in half first it makes it much easier to peel. It's so nice to see someone else do "my" way.
I watched your video yesterday morning. Afterwards all I could think about was chicken and gravy and mashed potatoes. I had the ingredients, so I made the recipe. It’s was delicious. Thank you for the recipe.
YUM! Red beans and rice is one of my favorite meals and we have it often with homemade corn bread. Out of all the these I would want to try your sausage and pepper recipe…looked so delicious.
I did a meat and vegies one for tomorrows take to work meal. It will cook overnight and then done in the morning. I hope this works. My boyfriend asked "can you do that?" I said confidently "yes" I pre-cooked my meat though. Plus I added some bone broth. These are such great idias thank you. And your drawer looked great, good job.
There is something very satisfying about not having to worry about what you are having for dinner at 5:00. Buying the stuff for several meals and prepping them all at once helps too. Any one of these recipes could easily be trippled and frozen raw in Zip locks. Just take the bag out at night and dump in the Crockpot in the morning. My family loved chicken fajitas so I would buy a huge package of chicken and make about 10 bags of it at once and freeze. I'm a retired dietitian.

Erica use spatulas to empty product and add water to sauce jars and shake then add to pot. We all enjoy you!!! David CHICAGO
All four recipes look really good but as my hubby is a picky eater the only one he'd probably let me try would be the chicken in gravy. *hahaa*
garlic marinada what is that. We don't have it here i think.
These look delicious!! I love those super fast meals!
I’m already missing having dinner ready after doing these videos. I’ve had to cook all weekend 😩😭 LOL
