DELICIOUS!!! Question.. that hot sauce does not look like valentina at all!!! valentina looks more orange and runny.. having said that, that hot sauce looks amazing. Maybe is just the angle or the light. Can you confirm that it is indeed valentina? cause if not, i would love to try it!

I've never heard of this before (we're in Australia) but I want to give it a go. We have been to Mexico about three times but I don't recall ever seeing this. I only buy corn in a cup from one place here in Houston, because of the hot sauce they use. I can't ever find a good hot sauce that goes on corn at the store. I hate Valentina. It's just…yuck. Any suggestions??

I call it corn in a cup and do it the same just heat the corn on the stove put mayo,butter,lemon,hot sauce,parmesan cheese and a little lemon pepper.

Uummm ur doing it wrong. U don’t need butter homegirl that’s extra fat. The mayo cheese and real Chile polvo is all u need not that bullshit tajin and hot sauce. And I’ve never bought corn with crema. U trying to hard looks disgusting

I am not a huge fan of this corn 🌽 in a cup called “esquites “ because le ponen mayonnaise and I prefer to eat a corn 🌽 by itself only once in a while. But I can definitely understand why some people like it and these recipes that you have made are easy especially if you are on time constraints or just work take care of your family etc. I do love the corn 🌽 in a can lol 😂 to be honest but I cannot eat corn so much because of my health that why I need to stay away from certain foods ugh 😩.
