I've been eating imatation crab & lobster for as long as I can remember I find they both taste the same. One Time I bought IC I went to the fridge to get some for a late night snack and found glowing dots on it I called the grocery store I got it from and they couldn't believe it till I showed them a photo of it don't know what happened there lol.

In Australia, many fish’n’chips shops have seafood salad with this stuff as part of it. It’s delicious but pretty high in sodium. The flavour reminds me of freshly cooked prawns. They’re called seafood sticks here, or on some packets, Surimi, but they’re very high in sodium.
