I've not done ribs this way before; usually just marinate them and cook on the BBQ. I'll definitely put this method on the "to do list" for as soon as the budget allows. 🏆 Thanks for sharing. 🙏🤩
You measure like I do, love it. I would have used fresh chilis and let the sauce boils down more to make it thicker instead of using the slurry. But great recipe and I'll be giving it a go!
