I just made this today. It’s pretty good! I didn’t have any cream so I use sour cream. Also didn’t have any peas so just didn’t worry about that. I think it’s kind of close to a chicken soup, except it has potatoes instead of noodles. Also I put 4 cups of chicken stock instead of five, because I didn’t want it to be like soup.
: Really tasty. I made it this morning for lunch this afternoon. I wound up having to go with a corn starch slurry to thicken it up a bit. Cooked as directed it was thin and watery. Again though, taste was top-notch. I also added 1 cup of yellow corn. Thanks for the recipe. 🙂
