I have a question about your El Charro rotisserie set up. I was on their website but it kind of confused me, I couldn't find your layout? Do you have a model # or the name of the parts that you purchased for the set up, I'm sold, lol š Perhaps you purchased the 12 skewer set up with the two heat shields on the sides + a cover for the top?
