The recipe is awesome! We’ve often used similar ingredients, but combined them all first and baked them together. This method keeps the sprouts crunchy and the white white provides a delicious sparkle . Great job Chef!

My husband and I are in our 80's. We are under quarantine because of the virus. Our son has been grocery shopping for us. I told him to bring a few brussel sprouts home for us. He bought a big bag. I didn't know what to do with them. After watching your video, I know I am going to try it, as it looks good. I have gardened all my life, and like all vegetables, except brussel sprouts.
