The Vietnamese way, we just out of on the pan dry & with chili oil, eggs, green onions and mayo. It gets nice and crispy! We call it Vietnamese pizza haha

Must be nice to live in a country where basic staples haven’t doubled in price in the last 3-6months. Australia has always been a ripoff for groceries (especially compared to similar countries), but I’m so stressed out at how basics eg. bread ($1.90aud), milk (3.40aud/2ltr), eggs ($4.80aud/dozen) have risen in price nearly double. Even at these outrageous prices, they’re still barely in stock half the time. It’s really been decades since it could be classified as “the lucky country”. I can only go by my experiences having lived in both Germany and the U.S (about 10yrs ago), but I do recall that groceries were always so much more affordable compared to here. It’s really scary to think that we’re only headed for even harder times in the future 😢🇦🇺

Umm since when does an egg utensil cost $50 I know she was just making fun but I mix my eggs with a fork a set of four cost me a dollar at the Dollar Tree or I'll use a whisk which you can also get at the Dollar Tree JK I'm just making fun too I love her I hope one day to be able to afford her cookbook money sucks right now it's not existent we're renting a room I don't know why I'm telling you all this my husband and I while my now husband we just get married a few months ago we were married by an officer of the law who was also ordained I wore a layer of sweat my husband wore his uniform my niece and her boyfriend stood up for us I hope to one day and this is just me rambling to own an apartment and have her cookbook sitting on my counter so I can cook healthy nutritious meals for him right now not much you can do when you rent a room and you share a kitchen and a bathroom you know we got to take turns and the small refrigerator we have doesn't really keep meats and things like that good for very long at all you better use it up within the week or it'll go bad trust me I know this and we have never been able to use our freezer I still have to tell my landlord this LOL it's frozen shut I don't know it's just your laziness I guess it's depression I know I could do better just finding the strength within to do better I'm just not happy and I am bitching and now I'm bitching to YouTube if you got in this phone you've read this comment thanks for an old woman listening to me ramble and b** you complain it's appreciated okie dokie✌️❤️
