Please tell me the brand of the pan you are using. I am a stroke survivor and can't handle heavy pots. The one you are using seems to be light weight whick I desperately need! Thank you so much for your help!

this is a great video. i like that you put the ingredient list on the page so i could see it to make my grocery list for this recipe. i'm subscribing for that reason. you took the extra time to do that when most people don't. i don't bother with people who tell me to go to their website to get it. i'm busy and don't have time for that fru fru……lol… so thank you for that. i am trying this today and i'll bet hubby is going to love it. looking forward to more recipes especially since you put the recipe up and showed the whole process start to finish…

I was never a big fan of stew growing up and the few times I have made it I found it to be alot of work for the taste UNTILL NOW ! Loved the video with showing all the steps and explanations. I followed all the steps to a T and LOVED it as did my whole family, the only regret is I had no left overs for freezing lol, I will make again soon and freeze in single portions, Thankyou

I have never seared my beef before , not a bad idea actually , I always put a truck load of peas into my stew but i'm going to vary my next stew to incorporate some of your ideas as I think they will improve my way of doing it for the last 30 + years LOL ( even though hubby says my stews are the best LOL ) he has'nt had anything to compare them with I guess ..Thanks for the tips…

Lol, it always makes me laugh to hear North Americans struggle with the word "worcester" 😉  Fantastic recipe, mate!  Absolutely spot on and really enjoyed it!!  Had the flat smelling delicious all day.  Top marks.

I used McCormick's sauce packet for the stew beef taste with carrots, potatoes, celery, and beef stew meat. The only difference was that i sautade the stew beef with pieces of a bell pepper and now the entire pot has the bell pepper flavor instead of the beef flavor! What do i need to do to get the gravy to get a beef flavor? Should i get beef consummate in the can, beef broth, or knor beef flavor? Please help. Thanks.

Hi Lee, a pot is also a great way to go, it's good you brought that up, so that everyone knows you can make this in a pot also, with a very low heat on the stove top. Glad you sear your meat also, it adds so much flavor ! Thanks for the kind comment 🙂 and thanks for watching ! I'm trying to put videos on this channel you won't find on my main baking channel. Have a great evening !
