    My husband absolutely love this! Even though it's not the traditional way of making birria… Im totally making it again in a Crock-Pot its so much easier!
    I will say this….People you might want to be careful about adding the cloves. It has a very strong taste…so I added less than 1/4 and it was still too much for me. Next time I'd go for 1/8 or LESS for sure !
    Be sure whatever amount of gloves you are using do not add all at once. Add a little by little taste in between.
    I will be making this again
