I am in love with this galette ❤️ over the summer I made a sour cherry galette and it was so delicious! Me, my husband and the kids went apple picking last weekend. Unfortunately the honey crisp trees were empty 😞 I have been looking through recipes to use them, other than making a traditional apple pie. This is the winner! The idea of the warm spices with seasonal fruit in a free form single recipe of dough just exudes autumn to me 🍂
