I don't see that brand of mojo in my market. I have used La Preferida brand Mojo primarily with chicken over the last year or so. I love it and it's fresh taste and spice level. I love the country rib meat and will definitly try this pork recipe. I just refilled my supply of 8.5 inch squares of parchment that I use in the Air Fryer Oven to stop items sticking to the racks. The sheets come perforated and cost under $9 for 200. Thank you Lana for another fun video and recipe.
