this recipe was good i felt like the sauce was too dense for me with the chicken. i only used half a pound of chicken (and boy i can eat) but i felt like it was so heavy and dense. also half a can of chipotle in adobo made my mouth cry from spice (and im arab so i love spice). i think use only a bit from the can and taste, bc u can always add more but you cant take off.
