    I sauté the scrambled eggs separately and then add them to the rice. Otherwise I feel like the rice absorbs the eggs. Add a rotisserie chicken and voila! I also use a tiny bit of sesame oil & scallions.

    I just made that 15 bean soup with leftover ham from Christmas….LOL !!!! My 18 yr.old son loves it 🙂 I add chopped ham, onions, Rotel and the basic 4 seasonings and 6 cups of water—-Add the packet at the end of cooking..
