Subbie supper is very close to how i make tacos. So good. To make it even easier…i use the instant pot. Brown the meat and onions. Put everything else in (rotel has the 1 cup of liquid you need) high pressure 10 mins. I let it naturally release because I tend to make it ahead and leave it on keep warm until it's dinner time.

    Hello Mandy
    LENGTHY COMMENT—
I used to spent a lot of time watching food network channels. Almost all recipes presented were great but most of the ingredients called for I didn't have. Heck , some of them I had never even heard of and certainly didn't have them in my pantry. Because of this, I didn't even attempt to prepare them. In fact, I didn't even like cooking. Then one day I came across a youtube recipe and the rest is history. Now I've subscribed to several home cooking channels. I've been trying many of the recipes. I absolutely enjoy every recipe I come across because not only are they delicious and simple to prepare but the ingredients needed are items I already have. If I don't them at hand, I can substitute and the end product is DELICIOUS. I'm so into trying new recipes that I bought a instant pot. Both my husband and I have been using it. We like that when we use the pot, our meals are done in less time and clean up is quick. I enjoy watching you. All the information/guidance you provide is easy to follow. Your recipes are absolutely delicious and so simple and easy to prepare. Please pass this on to your husband. I enjoy watching him, too. Watching him(your son, too) savoring and enjoying the meals that you prepare shows his appreciation.
Also, while watching another young lady prepare a pasta dish, she shared this tip. When cooking the pasta, place a wooden utensil over/top of the pot. Upon boiling, the water won't boil over onto your stove. I tried it and IT WORKS. Hopefully, it'll work for you.
    THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

Great looking meals! Miss Gracie Lou definitely had some things to say about the speed at which you were not serving her some cheese! She is pretty darned adorable with her she's begging habit. Now, for the most important thing …. The most perfect dog breed on the whole planet is called a dachshund pronounced (d o x – h u n d). I have owned and done rescue work for a national dachshund rescue for many years. They were actuallyy family's choice of dogs the whole time I was growing up. I currently have two senior rescue dachshunds that I have adopted in the last few years. Carly, I am right next door to you in Nebraska so we are already neighbors! I know quite a few dachshund rescue people in Iowa so if Moose needs a sibling, hit me up and I'll get you connected!

The little dog breed pronunciation is Dash-Hound or Daak-Sund . I think either pronunciation is correct otherwise they are mostly called Weiner dogs!

These recipes looked amazing, Mandy! My hubby is already salivating over the Hawaiian Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner, so guess what we are trying first? 😊👍 I like the look of all of them and they are great options for the summer weather, too! Loved Gracie Lou's cheese request; she was wanting that cheese badly, lol! Have a wonderful weekend, y'all 😊

I would totally eat the subbie supper recipe!!! My husband doesn't like things too spicy, so I'm wondering with all the other flavors, if it is very spicy? I'm wondering if I may just have to use diced tomatoes.
