So yummy! Funny to hear you and your son talk about living on mashed potatoes…I was a poor college student and for a couple of weeks I lived on nothing but potatoes! I had enough money to buy 10 pound of potatoes, I think it was $.99…hashbrowns, potato pancakes, baked potatoes, roasted potatoes, fried potatoes, French fries, I didn’t go hungry!!
I can’t say I’ve had boiled over gravy, but one time the gravy pot was apparently too close to the air fryer and put a hole in the side of the air fryer from being too hot.
People that have high blood pressure use salt substitute instead of salt
