Better to blanch the cauliflowers and broccoli 🥦. Add some tea flower mushroom or enoki mushroom and hard tofu. I dropped in french peas and cherry tomatoes too. Colourful and flavourful.

Made this tonight too, it’s fantastic, makes me wanna eat stir fry every night now lol👌👌👌

The 1/3cup of water, instead of using normal water. I soak 2 dry shitaki mushroom (add them to stir fry too) and use the “mushroom water”

I also added some of my loved seasonings like, sesame oil, cooking wine, fried shallot, chicken powder… it’s a very good recipe to play with!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR SURE

My grandma in law is Chinese, she usually made this dish. I don't know Chinese so can't ask for the recipe. I tried yours today and taste just like how she made it. My husband loves it too.Thank you so much, keep up the good work!

The broccoli is hard, are you sure that with less than 1-minute cooking, it is soft enough to bite? It usually takes quite a long time for me to soften this vegetable
