Great ideas! I have one suggestion – save about 1/2 to 3/4 c of the pasta water when making the pesto chicken. Stir it into the chicken mixture before adding the pasta. It will add a creaminess and texture to the sauce that’s just fantastic.
Can I use frozen broccoli ?

With pesto dish, add a cup of heavy cream and then cheese.. It makes more cream like.

Oh Man, you weren't kidding. Stick to the Olive Garden dressing. I just made it with the dressing we had and 🤢. Very vinegary. I'll def try again with the right stuff.
