Tried today – it was easy and DELICIOUS!!! I added some (about 1 teaspoon) cardamon and added sliced mushrooms in the saute stage. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe.
I tried this recipe and oh my goodness IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!
A few things – I added some whole spices, cardamom, pepper, & bay leaf (everything gets blended anyway)
And I used half the butter that is recommended along with whole milk!
I would highly share this recipe to all the paneer lovers who want a quick fix!
